questions for PA residents...
If I live in NJ and do not currently have ANY ID for owning a gun, can I still buy a gun in PA without an ID or registration from NJ? The way it seems to be in NJ is it is a police state and in order to get what I want, they will put me through hell and back with more garbage than I care for... Is there any state I can drive through and get a gun without having an ID for legally owning one? Hell, once I own the thing it won't move from my safe till TSHTF... hopefully she will see more dust on her than ammo....

Re: questions for PA residents...
long guns, yes. handguns, no. ID still required, but you don't have to be a PA resident.
or you could buy through private sellers anywhere. you can also get a PA non-resident carry permit for when you're there(PA) or anywhere a PA permit is recognized. |

ID required, but it doesn't have to be PA ID for rifles and shotguns. |
